African Penguins at Boulders Bay

One of Ange’s favourite species so a great birthday treat to get pretty close to the African Penguin colony at Boulders.  Some still moulting their old worn feathers and whilst they do this they must stay on land to build up their waterproofing.  But as much as the Africa Penguins are not on the endangered species list they have been in decline since the twentieth century so conservation is paramount!
